About Wolf Strength Training
Rachel Wolfpane is a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Co-Owner of Independent Iron, and the Founder of Wolf Strength Training.
Rachel works with people of all levels and fitness goals, and has a passion for empowering her clients through strength training.
With a vast array of experience, Rachel enjoys educating her clients on how to maximize a program for their lifestyle, perform both fundamental and technical lifts, and feel confident both inside and outside of the gym. Her goal is to demystify lifting and make it approachable while supporting her clients as they learn to be efficient and fearless with their training.
